In 2000, I graduated from Pertevniyal High School and was admitted to Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in the same year. After completing my medical education in 2006, ranking third in my class, I began my specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology the same year. In 2011, I completed my residency training at Bezmialem Vakif University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and was appointed to Iğdır Tuzluca State Hospital to fulfill my mandatory public service obligation.
After completing my compulsory service, I transitioned to private practice to pursue my long-term goal of working in infertility and IVF treatments. In 2013, I joined the Bahçeci Health Group, where I worked for three years as a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. During this time, I primarily followed complex IVF cases, particularly patients with recurrent IVF failures.
To further improve my knowledge in embryology, which plays a crucial role in IVF success, I enrolled in a Master’s Degree program in Embryology. In 2016, I completed my Master’s in Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction and Embryology at the University Institute IVI, Valencian International University (2015–2016).
I also completed the IVF Certification Program at Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine, earning my ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) certification.
Between 2016 and 2017, I worked at the Cyprus IVF Center. During my three and a half years there, I played an active role in the restructuring and upgrading of the IVF unit to achieve higher success rates and later served as the Head IVF Doctor.
While continuing my professional career, in 2019, I started a Master’s Degree in Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering at İstinye University. This program allowed me to deepen my understanding of stem cell technologies, which are increasingly relevant in infertility treatment, and to provide my patients with accurate, evidence-based, and up-to-date medical information. I successfully completed both the theoretical and laboratory components of this program.
In 2021, during the global COVID-19 pandemic, with the experience and expertise my team and I had gained over the years, we established our own IVF service platform to provide patients with the highest quality laboratory and clinical care. Our goal was to create a treatment environment where patients could access the care they deserve—free from institutional constraints—in such a delicate and emotionally demanding field as IVF.
As the Medical Coordinator and Responsible Physician at Cyprus Hope IVF Consultation, we serve our patients in collaboration with an embryology laboratory equipped with the latest technology, ensuring maximum safety and traceability in gamete and embryo handling. We are proud to work with Cyprus’s only embryology team led by an ESHRE Senior Embryologist with 25 years of experience, providing our patients with the highest success rates and the utmost confidence throughout their IVF journey.

28 Dec 2025Our journey was very long because we had no children for 19 years. We lived in Iraq, and for the sake of children, we immigrated to Germany, but we did not get them either. We waited a long time, but thanks to God, we never gave up hope. 04 Dec 2025The experience with Hope Fertility was so much better than my experience of many IVF rounds in the UK. The advice and checks were more thorough and they prescribed additional medication to help improve the chances. The advice I received was really honest about my chances of success with transfer, which meant I only travelled over when the chances were the highest. Zeren was a fantastic and supportive contact who communicated brilliantly with me at all times of the day and went out of her way to help me by working late one evening.
